Yes, it's true. I have had many people apologize for not shaving their legs or asking me not to work on their feet because they haven't had a pedicure in a while. You know what? We don't care. Your massage therapist is not here to judge you on a cosmetic level. They are here to make you relax and feel better. Human bodies are human bodies, even with all their oddities, and very little fazes us. Now, if you have been working on a farm and mucking through pig slop all day, we do greatly appreciate it if you wash your feet before coming in, but as for an untrimmed toenail or fuzzy calves, not a big deal - don't let it deter you from getting a massage.
